You will get a separate price form for each person you are registering.

Pay as led means that you can select your own amount, which is can be higher or lower than the standard amount. If you pay more, you help to support those who pay less.

If you pay less, you do not need to apply separately for a scholarship.

You can also feel free to mix price levels for for different people you are registering.

The official Suggested Price (which will cover the actual cost that the meetings pay to Powell House) are:

  • Adults at Powell House $350
  • Adults camping /Commuter $225
  • Youth (5-18) at Powell House $250
  • Youth Camping/Commuter $110
  • Child (under 5) at Powell House $175
Suggested levels for if you can pay more are
  • Adults: $ 450
  • Campers $ 325
  • Youth $ 250
  • Child: $ 175

Suggested minimum levels

  • Adults: $ 150
  • Campers/Commuter $ 100
  • Youth $ 100
  • Child: $ 95
Consider adding a bit more (1.5%) to cover credit card processing fees.

Please let us know any special needs or requests.  We will do our best to accomodate them. Note that for food and room requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the retreat. This is very important for Powell House planning and financial stability.
